ATMsATMs will be located next to the Main Merchandise Pavilion, Trophy Club and Main Admission Gate. AutographsSpectators should keep in mind that the players' first responsibility during U.S. Open week is to compete for the National Championship. For this reason, a "no autograph" policy is in effect throughout Championship week. Spectators should not approach a player for an autograph from the time immediately preceding the player's starting time up to and including the player's completion of his round, including the time when the player is at the Practice Areas or en route to his first tee. This policy applies to Practice Rounds as well as Championship Rounds. Camera PolicyCameras and camcorders are only allowed on site at the course during Practice Rounds, Monday through Wednesday, for personal photographic use only and without their cases. Corporate HospitalityUSGA Corporate Hospitality facilities are located on site. Only the specific ticket for each corporate hospitality facility provides access into that facility. Children will also need the specific corporate hospitality ticket to gain access into corporate hospitality facilities since regular Junior tickets do not provide access. Disabled SpectatorsThe USGA is pleased to provide the following services to our spectators with disabilities:
First-Aid StationsFirst-Aid Stations will be located at the Main Admission Gate and the Practice Range. A handful of satellite first-aid stations will be located around the course. All first-aid stations will be staffed with emergency medical technicians. If a medical emergency arises, please notify a U.S. Open volunteer or USGA official. Food and Beverage ServiceThere will be approximately 20 concession stand locations on the course that will have food and beverages for purchase. GrandstandsGrandstands will be located at strategic viewing areas. There is no reserved grandstand seating; seating is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. Junior TicketsJuniors 12 and younger will be admitted free of charge, on any day, when accompanied by a valid adult ticket holder. These tickets will be available at the Will Call facilities and all Admission Gates. Juniors 13 to 17 will be admitted at a reduced rate when accompanied by a valid adult ticket holder. These tickets can be purchased by credit card at the Will Call facilities and all Admission Gates. Practice Rounds $15; Championship Rounds $30. LexusVisit the Lexus Performance Drive Tent, across from the Main Merchandise Pavilion, and get your complimentary photograph with the U.S. Open trophy. Return to the tent often, as Lexus will continue to present exciting activities throughout the week while showcasing the latest in its luxury vehicle line. Lost And FoundAny lost and found items will be taken to the Lost and Found Headquarters located in the security trailer next to the Will Call facility at the Main Admission Gate. Lost PersonsAny lost person, including children, will be taken to the Missing Persons Trailer located next to the Will Call facility at the Main Admission Gate. Members ProgramFind out more about the benefits of USGA Membership and how your support will help fund various USGA programs committed to enhance your enjoyment of the game. Membership information is located inside the U.S. Open Experience tent next to the Main Merchandise Pavilion. Merchandise PavilionThe Main Merchandise Pavilion covering more than 39,000 square feet will be located adjacent to the first hole. A variety of merchandise bearing the U.S. Open logo will be offered. Some of the merchandise available for purchase includes caps, shirts, T-shirts, sweaters, jackets, lanyards, artwork, lapel pins, golf balls, ball mark repair tools, ball markers, towels and much, much more. Acceptable forms of payment are: U.S. dollars, travelers checks, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and debit cards. Personal checks are not accepted. Satellite Merchandise Tents will be located at the Main Admission Gate and the food court between Holes 9, 15 and 17. Hours of Operation
Pre -Championship: Main Merchandise Pavilion June 5 - 8 (Thursday through Sunday) 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pre-Championship, the Main Merchandise Pavilion is open to the public. No credentials will be required toenter the Main Merchandise Pavilion during these days, however, the course and other facilities will beclosed to the public. Please follow posted signs for parking.
During Championship Week: Main Merchandise Pavilion and Satellite Merchandise Tents June 9 – 15 (Monday through Sunday) 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Since the Main Merchandise Pavilion and Satellite Merchandise Tents are located on the Championship grounds, you must have a U.S. Open ticket or credential to gain entry to the Main Merchandise Pavilion andSatellite Merchandise Tents during Championship week. Program VouchersA voucher for an official 2008 U.S. Open Program may be redeemed at any information booth or in the Main Merchandise Pavilion. Restroom FacilitiesPortable restroom facilities including facilities for spectators with disabilities will be located throughout the course. Security We appreciate your patience and cooperation with all of the U.S. Open's security procedures. Spectators, volunteers and staff will not be allowed on the shuttle buses or through an Admission Gate with any of the items listed below. Please be sure to read the following list of prohibited items carefully:
No Cell Phones - including any cell phones with photographic capabilities No PDAs and/or other Portable E-mail Devices No Noise Producing Electronic Devices No Cameras and/or Camcorders (other than Monday through Wednesday for personal photographic use only and without their cases) No Bags larger than 8"W x 8"H x 8"D in their natural state No Cases and/or Covers (such as chair or umbrella covers) No Signs, Posters and/or Banners No Televisions and/or Radios No Food and/or Beverage No Containers and/or Coolers No Pets (other than service animals) No Lawn and/or Folding Armchairs No Bicycles No Ladders No Metal-spiked Golf Shoes No Weapons (regardless of permit, including but not limited to firearms or knives) No other items deemed unlawful or dangerous by the USGA and/or Championship Security Personnel, in their sole discretion.
