This policy explains how San Diego Golf Reservations, LLC (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares personal information when you use TorreyPines.com or ask us to arrange golf for you by phone, email or online.

1. WHO WE ARE

San Diego Golf Reservations, LLC runs TorreyPines.com. We are an independent golf concierge service. We are not Torrey Pines Golf Course or the City of San Diego.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

From you:

Contact details: name, email, phone number and ZIP code.
Booking details: courses, dates, times, number of players, hotel and trip details, and notes you give us.
Payment details: card information you give us to pay for a booking. Cards are handled by our payment processor. We do not keep full card numbers.
Messages: emails, form entries and phone calls with our golf coordinators. Calls may be recorded for quality and training.

Automatically, when you use the site:

Device and usage information: IP address, browser, device type, pages you view, links you click, the site that sent you, and the date and time of your visit.
Cookies and similar tools: small files and pixels used by us and our analytics and advertising partners. See section 5.

From others:

Golf courses, hotels and partners, when they send us details about a booking.
Data partners that can match a site visit or email open to an email address they already have. See section 5.

3. HOW WE USE IT

To arrange, confirm and manage your tee times, golf trips, events and gift certificates.
To take payment, send confirmations and help with changes, cancellations and refunds.
To answer your questions and give customer service.
To send emails about golf offers, news and our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in each email.
To run, protect and improve the site, measure our ads and understand what visitors find useful.
To prevent fraud, keep records and follow the law.

4. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

We do not sell your personal information for money.

We share information only as needed:

Golf courses, the City of San Diego reservation system, hotels and other partners, to request and confirm what you ask us to book.
Service providers who work for us, such as website hosting, email, customer records, payment processing and analytics. They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
Advertising and data partners, through cookies and pixels on the site, to show our ads on other sites and to measure them. Under California law this can count as “sharing” for advertising. You can opt out at any time (see section 6).
Others when the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.

5. COOKIES, ADS AND EMAIL MATCHING

We use cookies and similar tools for analytics (to see how the site is used) and advertising (to show and measure our ads). You can manage cookies with the Privacy Settings link at the bottom of every page and in your browser settings.

Some of our data partners may use cookies and similar tools when you visit our site or open an email to match that activity to an email address they have, so we can send you marketing. You can opt out at https://app.retention.com/optout.

Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of sharing for advertising for that browser. We do not respond to other “Do Not Track” signals.

6. YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

If you live in California, you have the right to:

Know what personal information we collect, use and share about you, and get a copy of it.
Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
Ask us to delete your information, with some exceptions (for example, records we must keep).
Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for advertising. Use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link at the bottom of every page.
Not be treated differently for using these rights.

We do not use sensitive personal information for anything other than providing the service you ask for.

To make a request, email teetime@sandiegogolf.com or call 858-456-8366. We will confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within 45 days. You can use an authorized agent to make a request for you.

California residents can also ask once a year for the list of third parties we shared information with for their own direct marketing.

7. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We keep booking and payment records for 7 years to meet tax, accounting and legal needs, and marketing contacts until you unsubscribe.

8. SECURITY

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or system is completely secure.

9. CHILDREN

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. A parent or guardian should make any booking for a minor.

10. OTHER WEBSITES

Our site links to other sites, such as golf courses, hotels and the City of San Diego. Their privacy policies apply on their sites, not this one.

11. CHANGES

We review this policy at least once a year. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
